What happen to travel channel?

i use to be able to watch travel channel. I live in Rochester NY. Travel channel use to be on channel 40 but for some reason got switched, so now hallmark is on channel 40. and now i figure out that travel channel got switch to channel 78. but i don't have channel 78. why did it get switch?
