Boy trouble :/ ..............................…

So there is this boy and we have always had something. I have always liked him and he sorta liked me. Anyway he asked out my friend Libby, she knew I liked him and she is always saying I love you and things and she is always texting him when I am with her. Then on Monday ( this was last week) he was just looking at me with sad eyes and just staring at me. He asked her out on the friday before the monday. Anyway today he had bought her a silver necklace with two silver bangles ( yes proper silver :/ I saw the hallmark ) But I don't really think that the relationship is gonna last long and I really love him I have been crying over him I have liked him ever since we were alone on the basket ball pitch when I was 11 and he kissed me. All the girls like him and Libby is really pretty. I knew he had a thing for her but he gets nervous now when he talks to me. I play it cool and stuff. I really don't know what to do coz their relationship isn't very good. I mean she said I love you and he just said I know and looked off into a different direction. I know this question is a bit jumvbled but I really like him and is there anyway I can sorta steal him ( I am not a slag I love Lib and this is really horrible but they aren't gonna last long) PLEASE HELP!!
