Is this a metaphor or not? please help!?

I don't think it is. I think this line is being sarcastic, a characteristic of hate, and means the goldfish that the person's imaginative genius created, hates someone. If it were a metaphor, it would be like, "My genius is goldfish that hates you," which hardly makes sense.
