What hallmark movie is this?

a mother discovers her daughter chatting with a pedophile, stops tragedy before it happens when she finds daughter at place she set meeting with said perv and takes her home, goes to the police and begins undercover work to catch other internet predators and child molester's by chatting with them and handing the police the conversation and place of meeting. i think its based on a true story but not sure
