What is the best way to sell a large (app. 700- 800) collection of Enesco Cherished Teddies collectibles?

All of these collectibles are in excellent shape...still in boxes. Was found in the home of a friend's Mother's house when she passed. No one knew what she had until the went to clean out house. Also hundreds of precious moment figurines, hallmark christmas ornaments, and lot of other collectibles. Have no idea how to go about selling these. Any ideas are appreciated :)
