What does 800 REU mean on silver jewelery?

I have recently been given an old charm bracelet. One of the charms has 800 REU on it and no hallmark. I was told it was all silver, bracelet and charms, but was wondering if it is a silver mark and if so what country it is from. Any info appreciated. Thanks
