Third wheel? Don't know how to handle it.?

Aw its hard sometimes right? I know this feeling. My two best friends dated a few years back and it was the most awkward experience of my life! I didn't want to get in between them so I hardly talked to the guy at all, then he was sad because he couldn't understand why, etc other dramas! So they both came to me and told me just to act the same way I always had towards both of them. It was better then, I used to go out with them a lot, but it was still a little weird. Needless to say I was quite relieved when they broke up on good terms because it stopped all the awkwardness for me! Its never easy and you never know when you are over stepping the boundaries. If you can all talk about the situation then chances are you can all remain close friends. Good luck!
