My daughter is troubled and seeing things...?

My daughter Julie is seeing things... things she can't explain. She thinks they are spirits, or ghosts. I've taken her to a paranormal counsler, and he said there is nothing wrong. She is still seeing this little boy, around age 10, named Andrew. What should I do?
