If one does not have kinky (nappy) hair, doesn't that mean they are non-black?

Since, kinky hair is the hallmark of the black race? Can we at least agree that only non-blacks can have straight hair, and anybody with straight hair is not black? This is common knowledge, and yet, some lunatics will try to argue this. Yes, black people can also naturally have blond hair straight hair, can't they?
