Can someone help me find this movie?

It's about a girl living in a upper class life who didn't know she is a missing child till she saw a photo of herself in missing children. Her parents didn't kidnaped her, but adopted her when they found her in a shoe store (I think it's a shoe store but a store) wondering alone. Now she went back to her missing family but doesn't get along with them well. When she was about to runaway she discovers that her brother of her missing family is the reason why she went missing. He push her to the ground and left her and wonder off it's not 'Do You Know Me' movie that I know but I think I saw this movie on hallmark channel.
