What do I do in this situation?

Ok I was having this party at the same time that another friend, let's call her Shelby was having one. She had invited this girl named Kelsey that was at mine to go over. We were all having a good time at me and and Kelsey tells me hey Shelby and her sister Julie are coming to get. I didnt know what to say so I was like ok... So when they got there she told me to go outside because Shelby wanted to say hi to me. we got out there and I swear they honked 20+ times. it was already late and it bothered me but the worst part was my nieghbors were just walking in there house as Shelby yelled out the window to Kelsey "get the **** in the car!" I didn't say anything just kinda looked at them, still shocked and turned around and walked backbin the house. it bothered me that Kelsey left my party to go to another but I didnt say anything. she didn't show back up at my house till an hour later and she literally fell in my house and right behind her was Julie. so I said "hey Julie thanks for honking 20 times and waking everyone up in my nieghborhood!" and started yelling at me telling me it was all shelbys fault and I didn't want to hear it so I kept say "ok by Julie" as I closed the door. that's al that happened and I felt bad so I apologied today to julie for yelling at her and slamming the door and her face. she didn't answer and I have to see her tomorrow idk what to do....
