Argent Silver vs Sterling Silver or .925?

Some silver jewelry that we bought a few years ago have a hallmark saying "argent" silver instead of sterling or .925 fine. Is it still silver and what is the percentage (%) of silver content ?

What's a good way to store your perfumes?

i have 9 perfumes, and i like to keep the boxes they come in. I want to store them on a bookshelf with the perfume in front of the box kind of like the way julie does in this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bq3rK6Wr-6Q) but right in front of my bookshelf is a window and there isn't always sunlight but sometimes there is. i know it's bad for the perfumes to be in sunlight. i don't have a vanity or armoire the only things in my room is my bed, beanbag chair, bookshelf, and cd stand. (my room is very small) please help thanks:D

ok i have my biolojical mom and my adoptive mom in my life. but ive come to know that i cant have them both because my adoptive mom doesnt like my bio mom. now my adoptive parents arent very nice to me and i kep ending up in a mental hospital. and i just recently found out what my adoptive parents think about me which isnt good. but i grew up with myy adoptive parents and i love all my dogs and cat that i have with my adoptive parents. but when iam with my bio mom i feel like iam at home and i have a family and someone that cares about me.. i really dont know what to do and its stressing me out.

I have a chain that was bought as a gift. It looks gold, but it doesn't have a hallmark anywhere on it. I've been told that the chain was expensive, so that leads me to believe it is gold, but I'm not sure because of the lack of a hallmark. Does gold jewellery have to have a hallmark?
